Dickinson Centre

Located in the heart of the Senior School campus, the new Performing Arts Centre serves as a vibrant centrepiece for the School. The Dickinson Centre was officially opened in June 2007 and was named after the former Headmaster, Mr W R Dickinson and his wife, Mrs Julie Dickinson.

The Dickinson Centre can hold up to 1100 people and caters for a variety of school events and activities including:

  • School assemblies

  • Music, Drama and Dance performances

  • Visual Art exhibitions and displays

  • Valedictory Dinner

  • Speech Nights

  • School Balls

The stage is 18 m by 12 m, making it one of the largest stages in Western Australia.

Currently, the Dickinson Centre is not available for use by groups outside the Scotch College community.
