Year 11 Scholarships Announced

On Wednesday 12 August staff, students and special guests gathered outside Collegian's House for the announcement of the P C Anderson Memorial Scholarship and the W R Dickinson Scholarship.

The P C Anderson Memorial Scholarship is awarded to sons or grandsons of Old Scotch Collegians (OSC) for academic merit, leadership qualities, co-curricular involvement and achievement in PSA sport.

The P C Anderson was presented by OSC Vice-President Bill Hutton ('85), and was awarded to James Fraser (Brisbane House).

The W R Dickinson Scholarship is available to all current Year 11 Scotch College students. This scholarship is awarded for academic merit, leadership qualities, co-curricular involvement and achievement in PSA sport.

The W R Dickinson Scholarship was presented by Julie Dickinson, and this year was jointly awarded to Hugo Breakey (Anderson House) and Matthew Goyder (Ross House).

This is an achievement that will hold the boys in good stead for their future endeavours. Congratulations to the recipients.
