Information for boarding families
A full list of Uniform and Clothing requirements can be found on pages 18 and 19 of the Boarding Handbook.
Please note that all items of clothing must be labelled. The style is to be Standard Sew in Clothing Labels, Style 8, Black.
Payment of fees
Annual Fees are charged in four quarterly instalments and must be paid one full quarter in advance. Billing of the quarterly instalments occurs in October, January, April, and July each year.
Accordingly, a student commencing in the Summer school term (February 2026) will be billed for their first quarterly instalment in October 2025.

Information Learning and Technologies
The school’s progressive environment provides an innovative teaching and learning forum with technologies and support that will provide your son with the skills they require to step into today’s technology focussed work force.
Every boy at Scotch College has a personal learning device as part of the 1:1 programme for Years 1 to 12 (Apple iPad or MacBook Air).

Music tuition
If you are interested in Music Tuition for your child, please click on the link.
Immunisation status
It is a requirement to supply a copy of your Child’s Immunisation Record and this can be downloaded from the Medicare section in your MyGov account and upload to the Confirmation of Student Details.
In order to meet government regulations, your child’s record cannot be dated more than 2 months prior to their commencement at the College, therefore, please print an updated copy no more than 2 months prior and email to [email protected].
