Scotch Junior School pitch in for Visability
The College community is immensely proud of Year 5 student, Harry Nicholls, who successfully coordinated a fundraiser for disability support organisation, Visability, last term.
Visability have provided support for Harry since he was diagnosed with two auto-immunune eye diseases this year and the brave 11-year-old wanted to give something back.
Classes tackled an obstacle course in pairs throughout the day, one blindfolded, guided by another who could see, in order to give them insight into his daily challenges. Harry and his peers raised $670 for Visability! Read the article in the Post Newspaper here.
