Get to know our Indigenous students!
During NAIDOC Week, we've experienced rock painting, learned new dance moves, listened to the didgeridoo and created a sand mural thanks with the guidance of our Indigenous students and our Indigenous Student Programme Coordinator Micheal Spratt. We are so thankful that they've shared their culture and knowledge with us and are delighted to be celebrating the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples beside them.
To celebrate, five of our Indigenous students shared a little bit about themselves, their culture and what this year's NAIDOC Week theme, 'Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up!', means to them.
